    We've all heard the saying, "You are what you eat." One of the most powerful things we can do to achieve a healthy physique and to prevent unnecessary health issues in life is to take a closer look at what we are putting into our bodies. Exercise is only effective when it's combined with a consistent diet of clean eating. We all know that fad diets aren't effective. Making healthy eating part of your everyday lifestyle is the only way to stay fit and create change that lasts. There are a lot of things we can't control in life, but the one thing we CAN control is what we choose to put in our mouths every single day. Think about that the next time you go reaching for something you know you shouldn't be eating. If you haven't already, it's time to get rid of the junk in your house.
