Happy 4th of July! Today is the day when we celebrate living life the American way. A BIG THANK YOU to all of the service men and women who dedicate their lives to making this beautiful country all that it is!!!
Just because it's a holiday, doesn't mean you have to cave to temptations and eat things that aren't good for you. Quite the contrary! Grilling is one of the healthiest ways to prepare food, and this turkey burger recipe takes it up a notch by adding in some extra veggies. Plus, it's much lower in fat and cholesterol than a traditional red meat burger. Serve it on a whole wheat sandwich thin and you'll also be getting a good source of fiber and whole grains. Talk about a perfectly balanced meal for the 4th!
