Stationary Bike HIIT

It's not a secret that as much as I love running, my knees can only take so much impact. Plus, there is no burn quite like the one you get from cycling. If you think you can't get a good workout sitting on a bike, think again. HIIT on the bike is also great for increasing muscular strength. Your legs will be on fire! I love this workout!!!
